  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We take care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.

  • An order is not considered accepted until we send a confirmation email.

6.1 Standard Orders

For regular-sized orders, we ship via Royal Mail:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Estimated 1 working day (not guaranteed).
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: Estimated 2-3 working days.
  • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

For bulk coffee orders and large shipments, we use trusted third-party courier services. The shipping provider will depend on order size and delivery location.

  • Delivery times and charges will be confirmed at checkout or via email confirmation after placing an order.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
