DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch your coffee within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). As our coffees are freshly roasted to order, some speciality coffees may experience slight delays. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure , we will notify you as soon as possible. If a delay occurs, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery time with you to agree a new delivery time, offer a substitute product or provide a full refund.

We offer free UK Delivery on orders over £50 (after any discounts). These orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.

For orders under £50, a Royal Mail tracked 24 or Royal Mail tracked 48 service can be selected during the checkout process.

Bulk orders and large shipments may be sent via a third-party courier. We will confirm the delivery provider and estimated timeframes at checkout or via email.
