Delivery

We aim to dispatch your coffee within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). As our coffees are freshly roasted to order, some speciality coffees may experience slight delays. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure , we will notify you as soon as possible. If a delay occurs, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery time with you to agree a new delivery time, offer a substitute product or provide a full refund.

We offer free UK Delivery on orders over ยฃ50 (after any discounts). These orders are sent via Royal Mail.

For orders under ยฃ50, a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service can be selected during the checkout process.

Bulk orders and large shipments may be sent via a third-party courier. We will confirm the delivery provider and estimated timeframes at checkout or via email.


Returns & Refunds

  1. Coffee (Perishable Goods):

Coffee is a perishable product, and as each batch is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns on coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item, damaged packaging), please contact us immediately at sales@velikcoffee.co.uk, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  1. Non-Coffee Items (Accessories, Mugs, Equipment, etc.):

We accept returns on non-coffee items such as mugs, accessories, and coffee equipment, provided they meet the following conditions:
โœ” The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
โœ” The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
โœ” The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@velikcoffee.co.uk with:
โœ” Your order number
โœ” A description of the issue
โœ” Photos of the faulty/damaged item

If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer:
โœ” A replacement at no extra cost, or
โœ” A full refund, including return shipping costs.
