Returns and Refunds

We hope you enjoy your coffee or the items purchased from us. If anything isn’t quite right, this policy explains how we’ll help.

1. Roasted Coffee (Perishable Goods)
Coffee is a perishable product, and as each batch is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee unless it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item, damaged packaging), please contact sales@velikcoffee.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos so we can resolve it.

2. Non-Coffee Items (Accessories, Mugs, Equipment, etc.)
We accept returns on non-coffee items such as mugs, accessories and coffee equipment, provided they meet the following conditions:
✓ You email us within 7 days of delivery to start the return.
✓ The item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
✓ The item is sent back within 30 days of delivery.
✓ The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns; we cover return costs if the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) at sales@velikcoffee.co.uk with:
✓ Your order number
✓ A brief description of the issue
✓ Photos of the faulty/damaged item

If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer:
✓ A replacement at no extra cost, or
✓ A full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or acceptable proof of posting). Please obtain and keep proof of posting.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel for online purchases and your 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods.
