Are your coffees single-origin or blends?

We offer exclusively single-origin coffees, meaning each batch comes from a specific farm or region, showcasing unique flavour profiles.

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and ship orders soon after roasting.

How do I choose the right grind size for my brewing method?

Here’s a general guideline:

  • Whole Bean – Best for those who grind fresh before brewing.
  • Espresso Grind – Fine grind for espresso machines and Moka pots.
  • Filter Grind – Medium grind for drip coffee makers and pour-over.
  • Cafetiere (French Press) Grind – Coarse grind for immersion brewing.
How should I store my coffee?

Keep coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place. Avoid moisture, heat, and light. Do not refrigerate or freeze as this affects the flavour.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! We offer monthly coffee subscriptions like:

  • Satin Sensation 🌿 – Smooth, balanced, slightly sweet; perfect for lattes & filter coffee.
  • Dark Velvet ☕ – Bold, rich espresso with chocolate & nutty notes.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause, modify, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the UK only.

How long does delivery take?

UK Shipping: 2–5 business days via a tracked courier service.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues, contact us and we’ll make it right!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and Google Pay for secure transactions.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! Our website is SSL certified, meaning all transactions are encrypted and secure. We use secure payment gateway, which ensures PCI compliance and encryption. We never store your payment details on our servers.

How do I join “Velik Coffee Rewards” club?

Simply create a store account to join the VeliK Coffee Rewards club.

How do I earn points?

To earn points, log in to the VeliK Coffee store using your account credentials so we know who to award the points to. Then:

  • You’ll also earn 10 points for each verified review you leave about our products or VeliK Coffee on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or the VeliK Coffee Facebook page. Please allow up to 5 working days for your points to appear in your rewards account.
  • You’ll earn 10 points for every £1 spent (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and gift card purchases). Points are automatically awarded when your order status is marked as “Completed” or “Shipped”.
What does “verified review” mean?

A verified review is one that has been confirmed and published on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or the VeliK Coffee Facebook page. It may take a few days after submission for the review to be approved and published by the relevant platform or our marketing team.

To claim your points, please email us at office@velikcoffee.co.uk with:

  • A screenshot of the published review
  • The date of the review
  • Your name
  • The platform where the review was posted (e.g. Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Facebook)

Points will be added to your account within 5 working days once verified.

How can I use my points?

You can redeem your points for discount vouchers. One discount voucher may be applied per order during checkout.

How do I redeem my points?
  • To check your points balance, log in to your account and visit your points page.
  • For every 2,000 points, you can redeem a £10 off discount voucher code.
  • At checkout, go to the top right section under Order Summary, click ‘Add a coupon‘, enter your code in the field provided, and then click the Apply button.
How do I check my loyalty points balance?

Log in to your store account and visit:

  1. What if I don’t quite have 2,000 points?
    You must have at least 2,000 points to redeem a £10 discount voucher.
  2. What if I have more than 2,000 points?
    You can redeem points in increments of 2,000. For example, if you have 2,022 points and redeem 2,000 for a £10 discount voucher, the remaining 22 points will stay in your account.
  3. Can I redeem more than 2,000 points at once?
    Yes, you can redeem in multiples of 2,000 points. For example, 4,000 points can be exchanged for two £10 discount vouchers.
  4. Will I earn points if I use a discount code?
    Yes, you will still earn points based on the final amount paid for the products (excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards).
  5. Is there a minimum number of reviews I need to submit?
    No – you’ll earn points for each verified review.
  6. Will my points expire?
    No, your points do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
  7. Do I earn points on shipping costs?
    No, points are only awarded based on the value of the products purchased.
